The words, "I'm not flexible enough." do NOT apply to this workshop! Each body is different with it's advantages and disadvantages. Sarah and Chantal are there to guide each student into their best asana (pose). Don't let your brain limit what your body can do!
We will use our breath to align and create space in back bends. Throughout class we will work to warm and strengthen our core to gain spinal support for moderate to intermediate extending postures. Class will begin with a brief anatomical overview of back bending yoga poses. Hands on assistance from both teachers will be offered to help safely guide and instruct each yogi into some of the deeper, more challenging asanas.

This class is recommended for those who are familiar with yoga and want to deepen their asana practice.
