You will learn about water bath canning, something our Great Grandmothers grew up knowing. This class will get you started right and provide you with a packet of information to use at home. Master Preservers use and teach the best and safest ways to save your harvest for later and help you discover the delights of sharing your own homemade preserves on a chilly winter day.
Please bring an apron or be prepared to get messy!
