Family Fun at Deepwood
In honor of how Deepwood got its name, we will be hosting the second annual Family Fun Day: Fairy Tales
Deepwood was named after a children's book, /The Hollow Tree and the Deep Woods Book/ by Albert Bigelow Paine. To celebrate we will have fun activities in the various gardens of Deepwood, each themed after a different book. Bring the family and enjoy a great day learning, playing and having a blast in the historic gardens of Deepwood.

Stranger Kids strives to create modern day folklore. Once upon a time, children’s stories were used to educate the young about their culture and the world around them, teaching while entertaining. Now, they are little more than pre-packaged advertising. We want to change that. Author Sebastian A. Jones will be reading some of his books in the Solarium. Listening is FREE, and copies will be available for purchase.
